For the past 15 years I have been studying and practising many energetic and spiritual practices including reiki, massage, reflexology and pranic healing to name but a few.

I have spent many years in the holistic field working in cancer retreats and with cancer patients on a one to one basis. The experience lead me to an awareness of how precious life really is and how our relationships fundamentally play such a major role in our lives.

It was this awareness that started me on my path with Tantra. I realised that the majority of the population are in relationships or want to be in a relationship and through this awareness I pondered the question: 'How many couples really do have a deep, loving and meaningful relationship?'.

The importance of having a secure loving and supportive partner, family and friends, has such a huge impact on our lives, more so than we realise. To know that we are supported through hard times, illness etc. can play such a major role in our healing and general well being. Practising Tantra brings a deeper understanding, respect and love for all our relationships and brings balance back into our lives.

I, like many of us, grew up in a society where sex was taboo. You knew it was there but it was not the 'in' thing to talk to anyone about. Finding someone to talk about sex to on a deep level especially when I was young was like finding a needle in a haystack, hence I grew up with a limited sexual knowledge mainly through 'Where did I come from?' books in the primary school library. During my first relationship I found the concept of communication particularly daunting especially on conversations regarding sex. I was always worried I would say something wrong, or offend my partner or worse still that they would leave me. I also had very limited knowledge about orgasms and sexuality as a whole. Discovering Tantra changed all that. It reaches deep inside your whole being to a deeper understanding that it is your birthright to experience a beautiful, healthy and loving sexual union. Once you learn the skills of multiple orgasms, extended pleasure and surrendering to the moment, leaving all outside thoughts behind and becoming 'one' with your beloved, you can never go back to what 'was'. You go beyond what 'was' to what 'is' by being in the moment and you see clearly the sacredness and beauty of divine intimacy.

Tantra has transformed my life in such a dynamic and profound way. To feel connected to the goddess Shakti energy, my own sexuality, and my ability to love more deeply has enriched my life in so many wonderful ways.

I have dedicated my life to sharing the joy, love and pleasure that Tantra brings and it is my pleasure to invite you to experience all this and more as you learn the Sacred Secrets of Tantra with me.
